There is no public container lookup on this site
Position, reefer set-point history and discharge updates come from the carrier and our freight forwarder against a specific booking. We release them to the buyer named on the bill of lading. A search box that returned anything else would be theatre, so we have not built one.

How to get a shipment update

Send the reference
Container number or bill of lading number, together with the purchase order it belongs to.

We pull the record
Carrier position and the reefer temperature download for that container are requested against the booking.

You receive the file
Position, set-point history and the shipping document set go back to your named contact.
