Abou El Fotouh Farms began in 1990 as a specialist strawberry grower supplying Egyptian freezing plants. What those buyers were really buying was never only fruit — it was fruit whose history could be produced on paper. That is the business we built from.
The same operation now farms, packs, freezes, stores and ships. Removing the trading layer is not a slogan: it is what makes it possible to answer a residue question, a calibre complaint or an audit request with a record, rather than with a phone call to a supplier.
