PROCUREMENT TOOL

Plan the programme, then plan the container.

Two questions a category buyer has to answer before a supplier is worth a call: when can this crop ship to my port, and what does my volume actually occupy on the water. Both are answered here, from the same packing sheets we quote against.

How these figures are derived

Every figure on this page is calculated from the packing specifications published on our own product sheets — net weight per carton, cartons per pallet, and pallet positions per 40ft reefer. They are indicative planning figures. The pallet build and the final container count are confirmed at booking, against the pack format, pallet height limit and stowage plan agreed for your shipment.

  1. 01Cartons and pallets always round up. A plan that under-states your container count is a commercial error; one that over-states it is a conversation.
  2. 02One pallet carries one SKU and one lot, which is how a mixed load is built in this trade. Mixed pallet builds, where you want them, are agreed at booking.
  3. 03No transit time, freight cost, price or container fill percentage is calculated here. Those are quoted per booking, never published as a standing figure.

SHIPPING WINDOWS

What we can programme into your port, and when

Choose a destination region and read the crops routed to it against the harvest calendar. Routing is taken from the market coverage recorded on each product sheet, so this page and the markets page cannot disagree.

LOAD SHEET

What your volume occupies on the water

Add the SKUs you are buying, name the quantity in the unit you already work in — cartons, tonnes or whole containers — and read the pallets and 40ft reefers back. The sheet is yours to carry into an enquiry.

Select SKUs

Pick every line in the enquiry. Each SKU is calculated against its own packing specification, then totalled into one load.

No SKU selected. Choose one above and the sheet starts calculating.

Enter a quantity against at least one SKU and the load can be carried straight into a quotation request.

The lines above travel with you: quantities arrive on the quotation request already filled in, in cartons, ready to edit.

NEXT STEP

Brief your quality and logistics teams before you call us.

Specification sheets and certificate scope are on the downloads desk. When the programme reads right, send it as a quotation request and the commercial desk confirms pack format, pallet build and equipment.
