To prepare and send a commercial offer, to answer technical questions about a specification, and to keep the correspondence attached to any resulting order.

Our commercial and quality staff. We do not sell, rent or trade enquiry data, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
04How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained while the commercial relationship is active, and thereafter for the period required by Egyptian commercial and tax record-keeping obligations.
05Website measurement
This site requires no account and uses no advertising cookies. Where basic traffic measurement is in place, it is read in aggregate only, to understand which pages buyers use.
06Your requests
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where no contractual or statutory obligation requires us to keep it. Write to the commercial address on the contact page.
07Online form delivery
When online form delivery is enabled, a contracted technical service may process the submission solely to relay the enquiry to the commercial desk. It is not used for advertising or audience-building.
