BUYER SECTORS

Who we supply, and on what terms

Client names and brands stay off the public site. What we can set out is the kind of buyer we work with, and what each of them asks the operation to prove.

Buyer identities, brands and commercial terms are covered by confidentiality agreements and are not published here.

01

SECTORS

Three kinds of buyer

01

Retail & Wholesale

Consumer-unit produce built to your own specification — punnets, clamshells and retail polybags packed under your brand by the grower who controls the field the fruit came from.

What this buyer needs

  • Consistent calibre and colour across the whole season, not only in the first container
  • Private-label packing to your artwork, barcodes and country-of-origin declarations
  • Class I grading discipline with a documented tolerance for out-of-spec fruit
  • EU MRL compliance evidenced per lot and ready for your technical audit file
02

Food Service

Bulk formats and cut sizes for distributors, central kitchens and catering operators — 10kg cartons and foodservice cuts that portion predictably and cost out to the gram.

What this buyer needs

  • Foodservice cuts held to size: 40–60mm broccoli florets, 20x20mm mango chunks, cut green beans
  • 10kg master cartons at 80 cartons per pallet for straightforward cold-store rotation
  • 24-month shelf life at −18°C, so a season's cover can be bought in one booking
  • Published harvest windows per crop, so menu planning is built on actual availability
03

Food Industry & Processing

Raw material for jam, bakery, dairy, juice and ready-meal lines — diced, halved and industrial grades specified against your process, with the field record standing behind every lot.

What this buyer needs

  • Industrial formats: diced 10x10mm, halves, Grade B fruit and whole arils
  • Declared Brix and pH ranges per crop, so recipe yields hold between deliveries
  • Block-level traceability from the field record to the container number, for your HACCP file
  • Full 40ft reefer programmes agreed ahead of the season rather than bought spot

Trade references

For a serious enquiry we can arrange a reference conversation with a buyer in your own segment, subject to their agreement. Ask the commercial team when you send your specification.
